All good advice above. As mentioned I strongly suggest replacing the pins and bushing new regardless of what they may look like. Also be aware there may be a bit of door sag even with new pins and bushings. Door alignment is best left to it's own thread.

thanks for the pic ! i checked out the pic we called them a cats paw very simple tool and ingenious looks like ill be going to the hardware store.i cant even see that little clip on the pin buts its probably there.thanks again

i removed the door over the weekend pins came out pretty good ended up using a pickle fork. my new bushings dont exactly fit tight as i would like so i may use a dab of jb weld on them for extra security .
