Power windows/door locks?

Has anyone out there install power windows and/or power door locks on an h-body? I’m interested in your experience, difficulties etc . I see power window kits that operate the manual door regulator shaft but installation might have problems. Power door lock kits seem to want vertical lock rods; do they work with the horizontal lock rods in the h-cars? Any info would be helpful.

I have kits for both but haven't installed them yet. I'm not sure I will probably end up without an H-Body, time, money and space are all a problem right now and no light at the end of the tunnel either. Sorry I can't be more help. Harry
