Problem with the board

Colin,
For some reason since yesterday when I come to the board and click on the "view all posts since last visit" link the subject title does not show up in the list of posts for me. So I dont know what they are about until I click on them. If I click on a particular forum instead then everything appears normal. Do I need to change a setting or something?

hey there , I'm new to this forum and was trying to view pictures from the garage section ,and I'm not getting the pictures to come up? is there something I'm not doing right or is it my computer? please help!! thanx, Andy

Same for me. Colin's been so good at fixing this stuff I thought it would get taken care of soon enough. It looks like we're going to become the h-body.org forum. That's probably going to take some time to get figured out. I don't know how he's going to merge the membership lists. There's a whole bunch of porno-spam guys registered there.

Only way to keep the spammers out would be to charge a fee and have an Admin add you to the membership!

problem is fixed.. sorry, I made a change to search.php and forgot to re-add the line of code that pulled the topic title from the database!!

No.. all we have to do is moderate registrations (i.e. approve them or have the users confirm their registration).

I don't want to charge, although I was thinking maybe we could do some sort of annual membership thing.. we'll come up with something but for now let's just consider the site 100% free for perpetuity.

Hosting doesn't really cost too much. The cost is more wrapped up in time involved customizing the site, more than anything.
