I will be getting the factory unit working on my Mirage. It looks like I will need to get my core repaired as it appears I won't be able to replace it.

Not having a/c in Florida does cut down on year round driving enjoyment. :lol:

in all honesty here in tha land of Aus you need ac BUT my monza is a toy not a daily driver
i can live with no ac

Did you ever get the rest of the part numbers? I need the size and part number for an OEM 77 Sunbird Condensing coil or a suitable replacement suggestion. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe the condenser is available anymore. Pressure test and reuse or have repaired at a rad shop would be my recommendation.

My old one is gone. I have looked for a similar sized condenser in the Citation, Celebrity, Chevette but to no avail. The way that the tubes exit the coil and go through the core support seems to differentiate the vega coil from the others as well as size. I'll post in the wanted section.
