Hello,

I want to remove the rag joint from the steering shaft, but I am unfamiliar with the nut type and the tool to use for removal. It looks like a star type bolt head. I included a pic from something I found on line, its H in the photograph. I would have included a pic of mine but I am having issues loading it on my laptop. The start shape head on my bolt is not as pronounce as that in the picture. I want to use the right tool as to avoid rounding the head. My car is a 77 Buick Skyhawk.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Regards

Jim

11 mm 12 point socket

Any tool store like Harbor Freight should have them or EBay.
