What does "Compression of new motor" mean?

I didn't know the Vette used Camel hump heads in '72?

You mean you've never heard of the special edition Manza Sunbird? I guess I shouldnt be surprised, it was a one-time vehicle, built to the GM president's specs, and noone else. He wanted to combine the very best of the Monza and Sunbird in one car. And here it is after all this time! Bid now and bid often.

But really... I wonder? Nothing seems right in the ad, and he has zero feedback. And I clicked on it because it was a sharp car... but there is only one pic???? Something smells fishy.
