Sill plates

Yes!!! That's the one thing I'd love to have... Don't care what they cost. Can't be any more than the last set that was on ebay.

If that's each, I'm out. I can't afford that right now. I'm spending too much dough on the rest of my car.
'72 Vega with '93 Camaro LT1/M29 T56/12 bolt 3.31. 16" IROCs all around. Sanderson headers into duals with an H-pipe and Flowmasters. It's loud but at least it's faster than your grandma's Buick. pwned.

sill plates

I believe that there is a difference from LH to RH

If you take one from one side and put on the other the "body by fisher" will end up somewhere around the seat or seatbelt.

I could be mistaken though, but that is how mine are.

you are 100% correct (just went and took another look at mine
my guess is it will not have an "indent" where the "body by fisher "goes
btw that is my fault .......the manufacturer has gone off of my description so far without seeing them .....thank you very much for pointing that out ...input and the net ...bloody fantastic isnt it :)
will get back to him
bear in mind they still have to be approved by GM restorations :)

Sill plates

I guess you would describe them as mirror images of each other. By the way, I won't tell you what I paid for mine at the spring Jefferson show..... maybe I should.......$5 for 4, (2) excellent shape (2) good to fair the guy wanted to unload them. Just lucky I guess.

I'd be down for a pair at that price... as long as they shine as nice as the repro's I see for Camaros.

RH door

Postby marz » Thu Jul 13, 2006 10:12 am

Yeah, a door is pretty important... I'd say that takes priority over the sill plates. Can't imagine the cost to ship a door ( complete door?) overseas... but I bet you could at least find a good door without too much problem(?)
