There is no way to do a shroud for pushers. You
REALLY need to find a way to get a puller or pullers in there. 1250 cfm isn't really gonna cut it either. A
LOT of the V8 S10 guys are running the Intrepid/Concord 2 speed dual fan setups, myself included. They are good for at least 2500 cfm. I'm running a Be-Cool single row 19x31 in front of a 430 hp Vortec head, hydraulic roller, .080 over 350 (363ci), with ice cold AC, in central Florida, and I never see over 185°.
