Need to reach an admin?

Postby ColinOpseth » Tue May 07, 2013 12:46 am

Hey guys,
I feel like half my posts on here are apologies for being a turd admin but I'll apologize again anyway. I know there've been some problems on here lately. And with Marco being less able to help, I want to step it up. I'm posting an image with my personal contact info. Don't hesitate to email me personally, text me, or call (within reasonable hours, of course!) I have also flagged this thread to email me every time someone posts. That's another avenue to reach me.

You are a great group of H-Body owners. I can't say that enough. Truthfully, I've bragged about you guys dozens of times over the years offline when people have asked where to find a place for H-bods. I mean that.

Don't hesitate to contact me. I really do want to help. Texting is probably the fastest as I have a smartphone and an LTE iPad. I'll login almost immediately to see what's up. I'm not going to post Dennis' information. He can add if he wishes and I'm sure he's as available as I am and willing to help. I know we've taken shifts at times keeping things tidy.

Thanks,
Colin

Colin (or Marco), FYI there's suddenly a bunch of spam in most of the message boards, authored by someone named 'Zeptcelasnalp'... 39 posts all over the place and counting! There are also strang posts by 'Apenedesphell' and 'giannahowardwu' in some of the forums.

Is this the location where I should post these kinds of warnings?

Hi just wanting to know about listing items for sale. Your rules say that I can not post until I have a lot of input on the site. I've had to open a new name because I could not get into my original account. Was wondering if you are able to look up my original account and allow me to post parts for sale. Thank you. Carl fetsko. Original account was 77spyder if I remember correctly I have my 2 cars listed on your ohio owners list and would like to sell some items that I am sure some members can use. Email is cfetsko57@gmail.com. or can text to 440 665 5665

Carl I just looked up "77Spyder" in the "Members" section and this is the profile page for "77Spyder" memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=78 Green bay not Ohio. That part of the forum is available to everybody, just go and click around and you may find your old profile and then use the "Forgot your Login/Password. Harry And/or try this memberlist.php?mode=searchuser

Colin, hope all is well! I'm trying to post pics from photobucket like I always have but get some kind of error, string error or something. It does the same if I try and quote someone. My username is vegon71

Hi Colin,

I haven't logged in for a while and was surfing around the site when a popup window appeared, a security alert, see attachment. I don't know if this is a valid alert or scam, so I just closed the popup and it appeared again and again.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro that's all up to date and using Internet Explorer 11 which I think is also up to date. At the moment I"m logged in using Chrome and haven't seen this popup yet.

Do you know if this is a legit popup and there is some kind of problem on your site? I've never seen this popup before from any site, so this is the first time. I tried visiting some of my normal daily sites, but haven't seen the popup on those.

Thanks, Duffy

I am having trouble getting a notification from PM's sent to me.
I have an iPhone and always got the notification on my e-mails.
Now I do not get them. Is it in my phone or the H-Body system.
I am not a computer guy either, Thanks for the help.
