Thanks for posting the pictures for me Dick. Thats a vintage Crower mechanical fuel injection set up. It isnt just a bolt on and go. The guy I had do the work for me had to fabricate some sturdy brackets, linkage, all the plumbing and just about everything else you see under the hood. The whole front suspension was redone, looks real cool. We added rear brake scoops in the rear quarter windows and custom front brake coolers. NASCAR power steering with cooler. New fire system. Engine covers anodized black. Re setup pan hard bar.Triple disc Tilton clutch assembly. New set of tires. I know I already forgot all the little things that took a lot of time. Just have to get it dyno tuned then " Release The Kraken"

There is a race coming up at Laguna. I was looking for a big name driver to drive it.I was checking with old Monza drivers that know these cars. Greg Pickett would be cool but he will be at Le Mans.Maybe it will up the value.

" Release The Kraken"

"Release The Monzster"

This is a sweet car and exceptionally well done and thought out. The Aerodynamic look and feel of the Monza is just outstanding. I can almost envision Steve McQueen behind the wheel =)

I bet my old boss Mark Pielsticker would love to have a crack with that car at Laguna. He drove a Galant though. :D

I think he lives in Sacramento. Sadly I haven't talked to him in a few years.

That car is SUPER BAD ASS. Man I love seeing the race Monzas, they look like they're flying even when parked.
Is that a "body kit" or are those hand built bodies? A guy where I grew up (not far from Road America) had a red white and blue Monza with fender flares that were bolted on, you could see the rows of sheet metal screws holding them to the fenders. Yours looks way better!
Gotta ask, how fast is that thing, anyway? Is it at all street-able or is it 100% racer?

There were a few companies that made the fiberglass parts. They were usually dzuz fastened for easy removal. My back flares were molded in by whoever built it. Dont know what the top speed is. Depends on the gearing and the track. At Le Mans back in the 70's a couple Monzas were hitting over 200.
