New Jersey's Island Dragway has reopened?

This is for all the NJ, CT, PA, and NY competitors of Island.
I heard today that the strip has reopened. My wife and I drove
past it on Saturday, there was a sign out, we both assumed
the signage was never removed. Has anyone else heard this news?
