Reality is like a bar of soap. Sometimes it's hard to get a grip on it.

This car has the same wheels that yours does... did you repaint your car?

LOVE the car... not the price though.

Wow, rare chocolate brown too... looks nice.

Supposedly there's another 79 chocolate brown one in a town near me sitting in a garage with only 9 miles on it.

That car tends to make a yearly appearance on Kijiji. A beaut though but obviously too rich for anyone's blood or it would have been sold years ago.

Looks like a nice car but why is it sitting so high? The suspension has to be close to topped out. It seems every time we come across a real nice H body everybody thinks it's too expensive. So, what should a a top notch, excellent condition H body go for? How would that compare to a similar Camaro?

That Monza is just over half of that same era F-Body in similar condition. The Camaro's are around $13K for a nice driver and closing in on $20K for something really nice around here, 4 hours(ish) from that one. This goes back to how we feel about our cars, we always seem to trash them when somebody wants fair money for a nice car :? This is just my observation of this scenario on here. Harry

I don't necessarily think it is overpriced (have never seen in person but) but overpriced for most H-Body owners we all know. And we also know that most car collectors would not think for a second to add a mint Spyder to their collection. It just doesn't have the 'respect' or value that would make it appealing to a greater audience. I disagree with it but I'm a little biased as I have one :) A Spyder like this is probably no better that a Chevette in the eyes of big dollar collectors.

I was looking at the pics and my wife saw them and said: "It's a brown recluse Spyder". :D

LOL.. with an 'alien eye'. Actually, come to think of it...he car has six glass windows, like the real spiders unusual 6 eye's.

I would probably fork over 10k of toy money, if the car was truly an original survivor through and through... with documents, and number's matching.

Notice the better picture technique.....the car was hosed down just minutes before the pic.

I took a closer look after Clydes comment and I wonder if the car has those adjustable spring height helpers installed.
