1975 Vega GT Other on ebay?

I think this guy is either a major league Bull Shooter, a naive buyer, an optimist seller, or preying on the uninformed. Bids are already over 4 grand.Take a look for yourselves,and post the link here if you can. The car has V6 emblems, (from a Citation I think), an early Vega GT 130 mph speedo, and the rear deflector. All of which he insinuates are very rare, or exclusive to this car. Also a 4.56 rear in an era where gas mileage was king. Tell me what you guys think. I just don't believe this thing was built by GM.
