thats a real cool car ya got there, really neat that it's all period correct, are those cragars 13 inch rims? I have a set of 4 spoke 13 inch rims on my sunbird and love the look but hate the fact that it sits so low and tires are getting hard to find.

glad you seem to wanna keep it real nice, I got the impression you live in the NY area so I really hope you have something else to drive when the weathers crappy, if not put a 500 dollar winter beater high on the list so you can keep that pretty little vega nice, and welcome to the online community here!

Yeah I really like the cragers, but 13 inch tires aren't really available anywear, so I was thinking maybe a 14 or 15 inch four lug rim would be a good upgrade, preferably something cool haha. My vo-tech auto collision shop is currently working on a 75 cosworth, pretty cool. And yeah around here they spray salt everywhere, so in the crappy weather I drive a Chevy truck, the salt are up the cab corners, just another reason to hate winter ..thanks for the compliments . I'll have to start posting in some other spots on the site, maybe figure out why the gas gauge is reading past full and what to do about the tire situation.

On the Cosworth in your shop class, would you be able to list the VIN and the dash number please for the Club's registry, it would be appreciated. The CVOA is working on getting that info for all the CV's.

Hey Dick, number 1245 is the one I parted out many, many years ago. I'm not sure I ever gave you the information, but I do not have the VIN.

Bill, your #1245 and #0927 have not been registered on the CVOA site so those two will be added, thank you again. #1245 will be listed as RIP, #0927 as being prepared for road worthiness. Please let me know if the school will be selling the car when the class finishes with it. We'll try and help to find a buyer.

Where is the school located?

1v77e5u231390 is the vin. We are going to paint the car and put it all back together, it is owned by a lady in chester county pa who wanted the car restored.

I like the traction bars too, you dont generally see them on vega's or monza's or for that matter on many cars without leaf springs I wonder if they're worth having in an h body application.... and ya get some areosmith... maybe even go right 70's and throw some Bat out of hell (by meatloaf) on that 8 track
