Looks to be a Mexican Market car Already in San Antonio TX. You could have the only 4-door Monza on the site!

I figured it was Opel Based, the last time I was down there I saw a lot of Opel Based Chevy's including a little FWD ElCamino Like truck. The Opel based cars are easy to spot as they don't change the body panel dies, the Opel badge looks like a lightning bolt in a circle, they just remade the Chevy Bowtie with a circle around it to match the Opel body Panels.

They also had a few odd Pontiac Models, a G2 smaller than the Chevy Aveo/G3, And a 4-door sedan version of the G3, called the G4.
