I think there is only a 1" difference less in height from the 205 to 195 but that is interesting to hear about the visual. I'll have to check out the reproduction ones you are talking about.

I think your right, Brian, by the numbers, it is very close, but visually? ... as you can see, these are the 205/60R13s that were on my Spyder when I bought it, they look wayyy to small and had my speedo racing all the way home, surprised I didn't spin the dial off the gauge.

The 205/60 tires look better on the Vega/Astre style wheel well. Many Cosworths run this size.

It does seem to be fairly popular too. I never considered that the vega/astre wheel well would be much different than the Monza/etc. Learn something new. Maybe we'll have to get an order of 500 205s and 500 195s, then. lol

The 205/60's just don't fill the well like the 195/70's do.
