I have bought two low mileage cars that were "collector" quality (#2 range)that I used for daily drivers. The reason was I liked the cars but needed daily drivers. My question would be do you have ithe desire to solve any problems to make it a dd? The main issues are brake and fuel system but you need to be prepared for most anything. The upside is once sorted, a low mileage car can give you great satisfaction. (This is not taking into account your unique circumstances)

Hi Folks,

This forum seems to be one of the better one.

Wanted to thank you all for your replys and your help.
I made a decision... as im more into old motorcycles ;) i just looked for something cool with 4 wheels to drive around when weather is not enough nice for two wheels. And i decidet to not buy the skyhawk. You are right, its just too nice to drive around all day for nothing...

maybe one day i will buy a second car... who knows.

i love the these small h-bodys, really, i didn't knew that there are "short" muscle cars :)

Thx again all!

Luke,

If not a 4 wheeler, make sure the 2 wheeler is a Harley Davidson. The only "real" motorcycle! You never answered where you are in Switzerland....

Beautiful part of the world! You are very lucky to live there. My favorite place in the world! Best of luck to you! Spent much of my idle time there when I was in the US Army stationed in Germany. Really enjoyed the Schwimbad on the south side of Lake Zurich. Chur and St. Moritz also very nice places. Lucerne and Mt. Pilatus very beautiful.

Hope you well in your search for a vehicle!

Auf Wiedershen,
