GAPPING THE HOOD

Postby chevyart » Thu Nov 17, 2016 12:18 pm

could someone tell me how much of a gap there should be between the front of my hood and the front header panel. i suspect it should be around a 1/4" inch. that is what the sides will be between the hood and fenders. its too much trouble to put my old hood on to see what gap it had. thanks art

The general rule is 3/16" but having it even is probably a little more important
