I agree it is a very nice example that has been for sale for at least a couple of years. It is a High Altitude car that had to be sold with the Vega 2.3 engine. The Standard engine for 77 Astre HB & Wagons was the 2.5 Iron Duke.
That and I don't think even this example of a Astre is worth much more than 1/2 the asking price. And I own a yellow example without the hood decal this one has. And I have more money in mine than I think I could ever get out of it.
