Mirage spoiler installation

Postby Fastmax32168 » Wed May 03, 2017 5:27 pm

Does anyone have any info about how they installed the factory front spoiler on the mirage? I know the installation manual used to be posted on Monzamirage.com but the link the the manual appears to be dead on that site. I am finally finishing this car up and am getting ready to install and paint the spoiler.
Thanks

Hey Roy, Pop rivets and screws. Screws in the fenders and on the side by the turn signal and pop rivets where the side pieces meet the front. There is a thin strip of metal that goes on the back of the air dam where side pieces rivet to the front.

OK thanks, that's what I needed to know. Looking at that 70s workmanship is a reminder of just how far we have come. LOL
