BBC air cleaner height

i havn't been able to find this in the forums? I would like to put my BBC into my 1975 Hatchback, the engine has a victor jr. intake ,like to know if it's possible to make it fit under a 4'' raised hood ,depending on air cleaner height Further complicating the swap our State(Vt.) has a 4'' raised hood rule-(hearsay--need to ,check with DMV) tomorrow.

I would pm Todd aka "454Spyder". He had a regular 454 in his Monza before he switched it out for 454 LSX.

He was last on here in April.
