I was banging on a bolt trying to loosen up my sway bar/rear control arms on my 75 Cos and I noticed some dirt and rust falling from my lower inner fender thats connected to the rocker panel, so i started to poke around I discovered a small rot hole, as I was fishing out some leaves and rust from behind the rocker panel I felt some paper, most of has no words any more..what did still have words said lordstown inspection and numbers 9659240 36..

Just curious what the numbers refer too, seems like a part number..any ideas?
