Will Split bumpers from a 70 - 73 camaro bolt right in?

No, you'll have to saw the middle out of a stock Vega bumper. Some folks take the ends off of another bumper and finish the inside edges off.

The Camaro bumpers are too long for a Vega, they would cover the side marker lights and hang into the grill.
