72 Vega mirrors, trim, rechroning

I need help. Lotsa laughs. Looking to find out if anyone sells an aftermarket replacement Vega mirrors and trim. Also is it possible to re-chrome mirrors and trim? any help is appreciated... also who does good re- chrome?

Nobody I know of is repoing trim. Gotta use what you have or buy used. Satifactory results can be had by lightly buffing the trim out. I used a bench grinder with a colth pad and some rouge. Can't cut deep cuz it's anoidized and you don't want to cut through it. Careful, if you lack talent, you'll probably catch and send the trim flying.....into something you didn't want it to.
Just have to look for a better mirror if you want stock. Consider newer style bullet mirrors.
