The last Monza

Recall reading an article years back about the last Chevy Monza produced.
Woman in Ohio ended up with the car. Back then I was in the general location and thought about seeing if she was still in the area and knew the whereabouts of the car.

Anyone remember this or know if said car still exists?

I believe GM Heritage still has the car but I don't recall how they got it.

So after some more digging I believe what I am thinking of is the 100 millionth CHEVROLET which was supposedly a 1979 Monza.

But somewhere there was an article written and included the ladies name and city in Ohio where the car went.
