Just wanted to say I still have a few sets of new roof rail weatherstrip seals available for Monza, Skyhawk, Starfire and Sunbird hatchbacks. This is the seal that mounts on the edge of the roof and seals the top and front of the doors. $95 + $ 10 shipping with the States. cjbiagi@yahoo.com

Due to the recent interest I am going to make another run of roof rail seals. They will not be available until mid March but if you are interested let me know to have your name added to the list. These are for Monza, Skyhawk, Starfire and Sunbird hatchbacks. Pics are available if you scroll back in this thread. Same price, $95 for a set + $10 shipping within the States. Outside will be calculated. I will also have hood/cowl seals available, $39.95 + $6 shippping. cjbiagi@yahoo.com

Clyde, Please put me on the list for a set of the roof rail seals, March is not a problem. Do you still have access to the sending units for the temp gauge and idiot light?
Thanks Jim H

Are you using original senders from the 262 on the 327 heads? Not sure if the thread size is the same between heads.

Clyde, Yes I am using the original 262 sensors. The one on the left (drivers) side has a male spade terminal, The one on the right has a male "button" top. The heads are 041s. The over temp dash light seems to work ok but the gauge stays in the red. I used a laser infrared thermometer to verify 160 to 170 head temps with a 160 thermostat .
Thanks Jim H.

Jim those senders ground through the threads and head, so rig up a ground from the body of the sender to the chassis or better yet the battery. Then check for proper operation. Harry
