If I knew then what I know now, I might not have bought a Sunbird Formula at all. But if I did, I would order the V8/Auto instead of the V6 Manual. I think it would have turned out better for general use, and of course 'hop-up' parts/techniques were plentiful for the small-block Chevy compared to the Buick 3800. Fast-forward to now, if you could find a good hatchback body, you could build a hell of an antique vehicle out of one.
