Frame connectors and torque arm mount.

This is Carl's 77 Sky Hawk. I made the frame connectors out of 1 5/8 Cage tube and welded it to the side pinch weld along the rocker. You can not see it unless your realy almost to the ground.
The center crossmember is also a driveshaft loop. I made the pass. side go up and over (close to the floor) to allow exhaust to go there. I made a 3" downpipe and will continue with fabricating the rest of the exhaust in 3".
Hope this give somone some ideas on how to do their own.

Nice job Scott! I also like the trans crossmember (200-4R?). The center crossmember is certainly not going anywhere! What a ride that car is going to be a blast! I hope Carl is driving it this summer. Brian

Hi, Brian. Scott is doing a great job on the car. He told me it should be ready for bowling green in may if I decide to go. He will be taking his hybred camaro. Should be fun. Trans is a 200-4R.
