I don't want to sound like I know what I'm doing but I was perusing one of my favorite junkyards when I noticed some new shocks on a GM vehicle (which I don't recall). So I took some measurements and went ahead and bought them for a couple bucks.
They are Gas Ryder VST 737625 front 737623 rear
I did some cross refrencing to Napa online to 94001 then cross referenced to ac delcoand got this list:

The Napa site was informative. They had specs for these and h-body, here's how they compared
Front H-body shocks
Compressed 8.00
extended 11.75
travel 3.75
Junkyard shocks
Compressed 8.625
extended 13.375
travel 4.75
rear h-body
compressed 12.125
ext 19.125
travel 7.00
rear junkyard shocks
compressed 12.75
ext 20.875
travel 8.125
So I just figured that my V8 springs aren't going to bottom out so I'll give these a shot. What do I know? It never made sense to me that a v8 car would use the same shock as a 4 cyl. Hopefully I'll get a chance to find out if these work in a couple weeks.

The front ones are now installed but not tested. They fit but I had to remove the lower mounting threaded clips to get them in.
I flaked out and left the rears out on the porch and something got splashed on them which pitted the shaft so I tossed them but here's what they would have looked like compared to the h-body
rear. There was a difference in mounting bolt size so I never figured that out.
