I did the same swap a few years ago on my gt wagon but had to do it on the car. I ground the s10 axles by puting the car in gear (4 point body lift) at idle in first and reverse with one tire barely on the ground, (no posi) and turned it against the grinder. This made for a quick grind with a very smooth finish and balanced axle. (I planned a future posi install). Im sure that this could also be done on car with a posi with some changes.

PS, you can use the factory small caddy seville and eldorado disc mount plates like I did but they require some grinding and spacing. There are also two differant axle bolt on patterns. one is square and one is not, I used the square. As a bonus, the hubs make a nice light trailer with a chevy bolt pattern axle when welded to a peice of pipe.

Are those "W" body calibers/like off a FWD Lumina?

If they are it'd be nice to use the smaller solid rotors...

Front calipers for a 92-93 camaro i think are $12 each.

An adjustable prop valve from jegs or summit is about $50

front rotors for a 95 saturn sc2 are like $15 each and have a 4 x 100mm pattern which can be used...real close to 4 on 4.

Along with those cheap brackets and some welding ...youve got cheap rear disc brakes for the stock 4 lug set up.

God bless
