Later brake upgrade

If the piston is now smaller and you use the same mc you'll "firm up" the pedal. But brake torque will require greater line pressure to be as effective.

If you don't use the later prop valve you'll end up with near zero rear brake activation from the line pressure increases.

The early cars up to and including 75 do not use any proportioning valve. All they have is a distribution block. I did the upgrade to the larger Monza vented rotors and larger rear drums but maintained the rest of the power brake system as is. I have no complaints. The rear brake upgrade was done over 20 years ago and the fronts about 10 years ago.
