I just rebuilt my front suspension and was wondering if anyone runs the KYB GR2 front shocks. How do you like them? Are the stiff or soft?

Personally I like the way KYB shocks ride. I can't compare them to anything else, because my old shocks where shot. I would call it a smooth controlled ride. Not harsh at all, with no bounce after rebound.

I run them, they seem fine to me. Some people have said they are too soft.

I had some KYB's and, I think they are a great low price performance shock. They can be a little on the soft side for hardcore cornering but, you can't beat them when you compare them to a high priced Koni. They also have a life time guarantee, but do not loose your precept as I did. I had my car on jack stands for about a month or so and both the rear shocks failed when I put it back on the ground. Note, the shocks where a few years old.
