S-10 spindle replacement issues

I have almost everything to change my 79 Sunbird over to s-10 spindles brakes and rear axles and brakes. Not concerened about the rear , but it seems I have read about front end geometry issues with the spindle upgrade. In process of putting together a higher horsepower 383 stroker , replacing my tired 435 h.p.357. It stopped good with the old motor on stock brakes. Would like to have this on the road this summer , and already have poor suspension issues. Any sure easy cures ?

I'm getting ready to do the same. I have a 78 Sunbird that we are building. I believe from all my reading I'm going to relocate the lower ball joint inward a 1/4 inch.
