Combination valve or just prop to the rear?

Postby Augie_357 » Thu Nov 27, 2014 2:28 pm

Hi guys I'm new here. Just got a tube chassis vega drag car, (roller) . Starting to work on getting the braking figured out. Question is. Can I come out of the master and line loc directly to a tee then out to front calipers, then install a in line adjustable proportioning vale to the rear?

I believe that will work fine, when you have non stock components an adjustable valve will allow you to dial it in better than a stock proportioning valve.

Ok i was unshure if the combination valve insured equal pressures to the front calipers. I was worried with just a tee that one might get more than the other on the front and it might pull one way or the other. Thanks for the reply
