balljoint adapters

hi all I found some balljoint adapters or what i think are balljoint adapters anyways, they came in a package from bob gumms site there are 4 in total 2 look bigger than the other 2, anyone know how these work? is that enough for the whole car or just 1 side? if its for the whole car which are which? thanks I found these in a parts car i bought so thats why i am unsure, there were no directions with them or anything

The larger ones go in the lower spindle holes, smaller in the upper. 4 will do both sides. Early cars need to upgrade to later type lower ball joints.
