Ken, I had considered that. It took me about 2 months to find a frame shop that was willing to work on the car. Most of the local collision shops did not want to mess with it (not interested in painting it ether) . The guy i found only dose frame work. After checking the frame he said that there was no frame sag and that the frame was not out of alignment. He used the front sway bar to reset the corners of the car. Measuring at the top of wheel well all corners are within 1/2 inch of each other. It looks level sitting on the ground now. Changing the high of the corners will affect the castor/camber of the front end and the frame guy recommend a front end shop that could handle the the changes caused by the s-10 up grade. After they have a chance to evaluate the front end we will decide between offset bushing or new UCA's . Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I continue to work on exhaust and cooling issues.

Anyone tried the Moog 5626 spring on the front?

The 5626 spring is for the V8 Monza, which has some more front end weight than the Vega. Used on a Vega with a small block, it will raise the front end up like a gasser and be very stiff.

Has anyone bought the Viking coil over setup that's for sale on ebay, 559.00 seems a bit stiff but seems to solve the ride height issue with complete adjustability.
