Personally if I was running disc/disc brakes I would opt for a correct MC designed for that type of application. I beleive the discs require more pressure than drums so having the correct style MC is a priority. After that then you can install a adjustable proportioning valve and fine tune the bias.
I am sure there are a few of those "degree's" around here. Don't ask Don't Tell that's my new policy Ok You may have to adjust your pedal ratio to make this "just the way you want" as the larger diameter will increase pedal force required [this will decrease the pressure] or you may have to play with booster diameter to get your pedal feel right after you are happy with pressure and balance {Bias,} you may still need to add a proportioning valve.
