About to push the new sleeves and bushings into my spiffed up control arms, and wanted to take a quick moment to ensure I was installing them correctly.

After the sleeves go in, the polyurethane bushings and center bolt sleeves will go in, but hoping someone can confirm that I'm positioning and orienting the sleeves correctly.

They're in now, a bit of hammering, pressing and some WD40 did the trick.
Cam bolts are cleaned up and control arms are both ready to go back in.

What's you opinion on using anti seize on the cam bolts when reinstalling?

I LOVE "Anti-Seize" I would use it on the shaft through the bushings, and the back side of the eccentric plates, as a must in those spots, but I would be more inclined to use some low strength "Thread Locker' on the nuts with proper torque applied. Thread locker is good at keeping rust out and can be easily released with heat from a propane torch, [turbo style will be lots faster] and then you have no worries about them falling off. Harry
