I got my Rock Auto newsletter this morning, one of the features was the announcement of the release of A1 Cardone's replacement aluminum brake drums for the late '70s GM with 9-1/2"x 2" rear brakes. 2C18000 is for vehicles with a 2-3/4" center hole, and 2C18001 is for vehicles with a 2-7/8" center hole.

I would imagine they would work with the late-Monza and S-10 rear brakes, as well.

I had aluminum drums on my 84 Z28 HO 5spd. I don't know if F-Body drums fit on an H-Body but would be an improvement over cast iron.

I believe the 3rd gen has the same bolt pattern [we see many of the 3rd gen wheels on older cars and trucks, ours and S10's included] but the 4th gen (if they are separated as such) has a slightly different pattern due to the offset requirements of the different suspension set-ups newer ones are a way more positive offset. I don't have the pattern in front of me but it wasn't a big difference in line with say the 100mm vs our 4.0" pattern easily filed into submission for that application with the right size centre hole.
