If you have s10 front and rear brakes and your car is not stopping something is wrong. Are you saying the car does not stop well enough? Does it lock the brakes during a panic stop? Does it pull to one side when braking? The brakes were designed for a truck/car that weighed at least 500 lbs more than your monza.

I agree with above, the 10.5 inch brake rotor with HP pads should be plenty stout for street use on the lighter H-body.

They may fade quickly with repeated high speed stops or track use.

Wilwood makes a nice aluminum D154 direct replacement caliper set (12097 or 12099), single or dual piston, that looks great and should help disappate heat quicker.

Maybe look into any issues with master cylinder if braking is poor.
