Rear Axle Brake Lines - Any Car Close?

I need the rear axle brake lines for my 77 V8 Monza. Since nobody makes them (or at least I can't find them) is there a car that comes close? Standard 10-bolt rear -

2WD S-10 would have about the same width rear axle

Inline tube makes complete brake line kits for Monza, not sure if they sell anything individually. Page 108
