a little more info would help
if it has rotted through the floor YES it is repairable
if the "outer cover " on the underside between the trailing arm mount and the front of the mount YES it is repairable

if the complete webbing has rotted out then it can be repaired BUT is a huge job

let me know which one it is as i have recently rebuilt the front mount/floor and the outer cover on both sides of my car

where the rear control arms mount to the body. it's rotted out about 6 inches infront of that. my friend says you just cut out bad and weld in 2x3" stock so fix the problem. i was just wonderin how hard it is to do

do you have a picture of the rotted out section ??
2x3 sounds a little weak as inside that box section is some ribbing .....esay enough to make good though :)

worse than mine
2x3 heavy wall box section would be a decent repair and then remake the section that covers it
be prepared for some decent burns to your body welding that in LOL
