SWEEEEEET.
Is anyone trying to duplicate that look today? A Baldwin Motion Vega clone would be cool. The smaller rear tires look good and seem more streetable than the Pro Street narrow rear, wide tire.

How does your Vega handle on the street?

BTW, Cliff, your Vega looks great. I've visited your web site several times and as I've said before, I appreciate the fine craftsmanship that goes into cars like yours.

'72 Vega with '93 Camaro LT1/M29 T56/12 bolt 3.31. 16" IROCs all around. Sanderson headers into duals with an H-pipe and Flowmasters. It's loud but at least it's faster than your grandma's Buick. pwned.

That place is near me. I should go look at it sometime. I've been wanting to see what a $30k V8 Vega looks like.

Been watching this since I found it listed this summer. Really like the look.

I'm new to Vegas, and will be adding an L-88 hood and spoilers to my 71 to look somewhat like a Motion car. My car is blue, I'm thinking of doing the hood and back half with black, instead of white and with no side stripe.

NoW if my hood and spoilers would only come in, wish I found you guys before I ordered from Showcars Bodyparts Unlimited. Ordered in Sept, and still not done yet.

showcars ouch see if you can cancel your order and get your money back they have a very bad reputation

i got my L-88 hood from fiber concepts
my front chin spoiler and lower valance from unlimited products
and i found my rear spoiler at a junk yard but vega mods has the rear spoiler we could get you contact info for these parts

my car will be basically a clone of a motion vega but it will be 2001 chevy indigo blue with no stripe this is a pic of a baldwin motion diecast car that i painted my color this car and a real 71 vega that is local here are what started my vega project

Yeah ouch is right, sorry I ordered from them. Get run around when I call and no reply to my emails. I'm going to give them til after holiday then ask for refund. Good suggestion.

Work was slow this summer, so I had a lot of time to surf the web. I had been thinking of getting another car, and started finding info on Vegas, Motion cars, and Vegas on eBay, also found the black one which the link in this tread is to, and it got me more excited to get a Vega. A V-8 Vega seemed like a good choice, different, and a car you don't see here in New.Jersey. Plus a decent car was more affordable then other cars I was interested in.

I got my car off eBay. From Mich. Prob paid too much then if I has seen the car in person, but it is in good shape, I wanted a car already converted to v-8 and in condition I could just personalize rather then have to completly restore. So, once I get a hood, I'll start the process to make a Motion like car.
