Sorry I haven't got back to you sooner, I had taken the last 4 days off. Well as I had said the shipping sucks right now. If I were to send it UPS they would probably break it, as they had busted John's windshield the first time. So the next one went via frieght company and everytime I send stuff via frieght companies they usually arrive in one piece. Problem is though, they will not insure it againest breakage and the shipping price is high. I believe it cost us $325.00 to ship that to Fresno...ouch, but these shields currently don't grow on trees and as I said we wanted to make sure it got there in one piece. We even went to the trouble of buying a can of expanding foam and blew it into the corners to make sure they didn't kill it. As it stands we have one left here and I can still access one more as of right now. I've ordered another 6 and as with everything else they are gonna cost more for me to buy and as such I'll have to pass that on (Damn :censored: ). On the last shipment of ten I had cornered their salesman into giving us a smoking deal and he never forgot it so I think he's making up for it. I'll take him for lunch and see if he can re-match the old price. They probably won't be here until January or February 2009. If you think the shipping price is too high your right. As with everything I do though I would copy all shipping related bills and send them along too. That way you would know that I'm transparent and I'm not ripping anybody off as I'm here for the hobby and not to make anything. Man shipping really sucks....

Funny I'm in Anahiem right now on vacation. Too bad I could not have folded one up and brought it with me  . There's a local dude who has a 1969 GTO for sale and I want to go take a look at it. He's in West Covina and it's in a bunch of pieces. If I were to go for it and we could work something out on this goat I'd probably have to come back with my car trailer and I could bring some shields back with me......

i'm also looking, also in desperate need for a windshield for my 72 Vega. If anyone has one and could give me a price idea for shipping to NY 11803 that would be great. Thanks

I know this thread is old but guys keep in mind that you need to specify if the windshield or door glass is for a wagon, hatchback or notchback. The door glass and windshields on the hatchback are about 3 inches shorter than on the notchback and wagon. The wagon and notchback are interchangeable. Chris
