Thanks

ahh I see. That sucks!

I was asking because years ago in the early 80's I drilled holes in mine to mount my monster tach. Back then I didn't give it a second thought....H-bodies were EVERYWHERE! and they literally built millions of them! Who knew that I would still own the car almost 30 years later??! and i would be considering reverting back to a more stock appearance of the interior?!! AND that there would be virtually no parts - anywhere?! (I also wish I hadn't pitched the stock front seats....but thats another topic  ).

Anyway good luck with your search, I am confident one will turn up sometime , somewhere.

The good news is a dash pad from ANY year Vega should work (I think.... ).

Just dashes don't just sell them they restore them too. Might be worth an e-mail or call to see what they can do. I've heard they can do some amazing things.

Just Dashes can do a great job of restoring them by stripping and replacing all of the foam off and vacuum fitting new vinyl on. I've seen there work and it is excellent. Unfortunately they don't reproduce the fake stitching used on the Monza dash and they are very expensive. It's over $500. Not sure how many H body folks would spend that :?
