Goodguys Charlotte 2016 Autocross video

here's the only video I got from the good guys Charlotte event. I only made 3 passes because I couldn't make it around the one turn. Had to back up every time.

I cut the steering stops off when I got home so hopefully will not run into that problem any more!

sweet video! car looks like it has a lot of bite. I still cant believe you're able to fit such wide tires AND cut the steering stops
Hopefully that wont be an issue anymore.

Hey thanks for the kind comments! It does indeed seem to have a lot of bite now both front and rear. Moving from 225 to 245 has made a noticeable
improvement. The driver needs more practice and the steering is "loose" probably need new steering linkage and steering box rebuild for it to be
closer to 100%....always room for improvement.

Now that I cut the steering stops off I can negotiate a U turn like any normal car so I am looking forward to the next event even though no idea when that will be.

Hey Per I tried that, I even dumped the clutch but I couldn't get it through there. On that run I think I had the rear swaybar disconnected. I was lifting a rear tire
so it just wouldn't swing around like I needed it too. A better driver maybe could have, I need more practice and fewer cones!

Thanks for looking and the comments, you are racing your Monza?

Hey Ken I wish I could tell you but I don't really know. I downloaded an hour and a half long free mix off Soundcloud and grabbed part of it for that video because the camera
just rattles around in the waterproof case creating really lousy sound quality.
