im young and new to dragracing do reaction times affect your et? i mean would a worse reaction time result in a worse 1/4 mile time? also does the time start when the light turns green or when u actually start moving?

Kato
a big no on that one,,reaction time means nothing,,your time starts when you brake the beam and ends when you brake the 1/4 or 1/8 mile beam at the end of the track,,

that said,if you are bracket racing your reaction time can win or lose the race for you,
