60' times with stock 4 link suspension

Postby HAULIN' IT » Wed Oct 21, 2009 1:19 am

How quick have some of you gone? Bolt-on parts included, lets say stock uni-body mounting areas. I remember a fellow with a pea Green one hooked up well, haven't seen him on here in a while.
Also is the torque arm noticably superior for a drag set-up? how quick has someone been with those? Thanks Guys! Lorne

I believe that green car you refer to was rustorbust's car. I think he sold it as a roller a while ago. His car ran pretty good on stock like suspension, he had airbag in the rear springs. Do a search of old posts, you may be able to find what his 60fts and et's were.

I have been doing low 1.3 60's regularly off the footbrake on a 9" tire with torque arm.

Hey guys, thought I would come cruising through and I ran across this thread so I thought I would chime in. I think the last time I had the car out in november of 2008 it was doing 1.42 60's and it went 6.504 and 108.
