I notice on the 2nd run it didn't lift the front wheels, just stayed down and went fast.
Good show!

That was with a near empty cold bottle. I went 10.81 @ 123 without it. All on a stock type 4 link.

You definitely got that thing WORKING, :th:
What are you running for power? Stroker smallblock?
My old 73 Vega went as fast as mid-high 9s (street racing), on stock style 4 trailing link suspension, a 10.25@134~135 or so at the track, popping, spitting and blowing black smoke due to a plugged nitrous filter. The track personnel chased me down and kicked me out, (no fire jacket, expired belts, only a 6 point cage, no SFI balancer, no trans blanket, etc. etc.) I was bummed, I REALLY wanted a 9 second time slip, but also knew I was probably only gonna get one shot at it. I figured they would make me take the bottle out, (the car ran pretty consistent 11.40s~11.50s on motor), but they made me put it on the trailer for the night. :( :? 8)

Running a vortec headed 383 with a zex plate. Built the motor last fall and missed the last of the season with some issues, went through the motor over the winter in time to make a nastalgia race and lost the trans, finally got that back at the end of the summer for another natalgia race that I won. Never got any real tuning done and never got a chance to fill the bottle to let it loose. Little tuning and tweaking come spring time should bring mid 10's on the motor. How deep in the 9's on the bottle we'll have to wait and see.

jeff that baby is realy running top notch. what did you do inbetween runs to take out that big wheely and get that nice pro stock type launch on second run. i noticed that you dropped et from 10.65 to 10.45 and Mph stayed the same (128) that et drop was just from timing change and nothing else changed? still learning form your experiences and i am always seeking knowledge nice job there brother art

If I remember right, I bumped up the timing 2 degrees, took the timing retard off the launch and set it to 0, and set the nitrous delay to .10 seconds instead of .30.
