I'm not sure how he does it, but the track photographer always manages to make my really rough Vega look presentable. The weekend was both good and bad; I won the "box" gamblers' bracket race on Saturday, even meeting my brother Don in the final. Had to give him over 8 seconds at the tree to his mostly stock Saturn; he broke out by .008 to give me the win. also went a few rounds on Sunday in Super Pro, but with a car that slowed by almost a tenth and a MPH every run. Traction was very poor on Friday night and Saturday morning so there was lots of time spent at or near the rev limiter; looks like it's time to replace the valvesprings.

i typically keep it running pretty tame.
This was launching at 3600rpm on a good track. I usually only launch around 3000 and it doesnt pull them very high
